DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Accounting Activities (60%):
Develop, maintain, and implement accounting processes, systems, and procedures.
Prepare or review general ledger transactions ensuring accuracy and compliance with LifePharm financial reports, including GL reconciliation and journal adjustments.
Ensure timely and accurate monthly consolidated financial reports, including bank reconciliations.
Provide relevant and accurate financial and operating information to support the Finance management in setting goals, making decisions, and controlling performance.
Facilitate financial monitoring of expenses from all site offices and assist in preparing financial overviews.
Serve as a liaison between the Jakarta office and the US head office to ensure compliance with internal and external financial, accounting, and administrative policies and procedures.
Manage data input and ensure revenues are recorded and reconciled timely.
Tax Administration and Reporting (10%):
Work closely with tax consultants on taxation issues and ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
Verify and monitor to ensure full compliance with all Indonesian tax rules.
Operations/General Administration (30%):
Provide overall direction and leadership for activities related to office management, including facility management, telecommunications, general maintenance/repairs, central services, mailroom operations, central filing, telephone/public reception, and printing.
Handle fulfillment issues, customer returns, and customer service issues.
Manage events, formalities, and licenses processing (e.g., expatriate permits, travel permits, etc.).
Responsibilities and Scope:
Meet strategic priorities by developing and coordinating tactics for approved plans and completing day-to-day tasks.
Coordinate projects and ensure programmatic commitments, LifePharm policies and procedures, financial standards, and legal requirements are met.
Reinforce consistency in the organization’s policies and procedures.
Participate in complex negotiations as needed.
REQUIREMENT
Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
Non-profit accounting experience preferred.
Expertise in Microsoft Excel.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of current trends in the field.
Fluency in English
MBA, CPA, and/or CIA may be preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
4 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience with relational databases.
Technical experience with accounting issues.
Experience using accounting and financial reporting systems.
Knowledge of government regulations related to grants and contracts.
Professional certification as a CPA or CIA, or a candidate for the same
