DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

- Manage and monitor network operations to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of services. - Prepare and present network performance and progress reports to senior management. - Facilitate effective and efficient communication between local and foreign employees, providing verbal and written translation as needed. - Maintain good relationships with franchise agents. - Assist in organizing related team tasks in the franchise agent's area and monitor team members' work efficiency. - Update and maintain data support. - Communicate with HQ for data reconciliation. - Communicate and manage third parties' data. - Translate verbal/written content from Mandarin to Indonesian or vice versa.
REQUIREMENT

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's or Master's degree. - Proficiency in Mandarin (both Spoken, Written, and Read) is essential. - Proven experience in network management or a similar role. - Fresh Grad are welcome to apply, especially have experience studying abroad in mainland China. - Preferably Staff/Assistant Manager Mandarin speaking specialized in Logistics/expedition field with at least 1 year experience. - Ability to work in dynamic & fast-paced work situations. - Have a Driving License (A) - Plus Point - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
