DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Monitor and manage proactive tickets in ConnectWise. Ensure timely resolution of issues and maintain accurate documentation. Collaborate with IT team members to address complex technical problems.
REQUIREMENT

2+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role. Proficiency with ConnectWise or similar ticketing systems. Strong knowledge of network security protocols and best practices. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
