DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
To understand the organization digital systems and help provide support.
To provide Level 1 Support over ERP system (SAP) and other supporting / interfaced system for holistic.
Act as a bridge between users and product development team or with 3rd party vendor.
Possessing specialist knowledge of the systems, devices, applications and software that various businesses would be using in the field of digital or commercial space.
Providing technical support to teams within the organisation, and to external clients when required
Assisting with systems integrations wherever required
Managing ticketed query system and ensuring comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date
Maintaining and updating technical documents, manuals and procedures for using an application or software suites.
Identifying and resolving business and technical issues.
Managing coordination at a local and international level where required
Delivering regular and customised training to teams within the business
Preparing maintenance plans, master data management and upgrading schedules for the organisation’s systems
Developing reports for teams across the business
Need to backup Infra Support.
REQUIREMENT
Minimum 3 to 8 years supporting corporate end user services over ERP in particular SAP and other manufacturing systems.
Proven ability to work independently and as a team member.
Communicate professionally and effectively at all organizational levels.
Highly motivated with the ability to work with limited supervision in a highly competitive environment.
Ability to engage with senior Business stake holders.
Ability to lead a team discussion and to communicate with product management team based across the globe.
Good communication in English (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
