DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Handle end to end people development process such as training, IDP, PIP, Assessment Center, coaching, talent management activities, job movement process, etc. Design and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employee, fostering continuous growth and development. Design, promote, and execute employee engagement programs. Develop and maintain organizational charts, job descriptions, work load analysis, ensuring clarity and alignment within the company. Nurturing learning culture initiatives within the company for optimizing organizational learning. Prepare HR reports and analytics to support management decision-making.
REQUIREMENT

Must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in relevant field. Minimum 3 years of experience in people development level Supervisor. Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills Excellent in using Microsoft office tools, especially Ms. Excel & Power Point. Strategic thinker with the ability to align training initiatives with organizational goals. Capable of seeking out new ideas, exhibiting initiative and being proactive. Placement : Medan, North Sumatra.
