DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Plan and implement organizational development programs, such as training, mentoring, and coaching. Analyze employee development needs and design effective solutions. Develop a positive and productive organizational culture. Facilitate team-building and leadership development activities. Manage employee performance evaluation systems. Conduct research and analyze current organizational development trends.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum education of Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, or related field from reputable university. Have minimum 3 years of experience in organizational development Preferably have experience in a Construction / Contractor company. Understand the basic concepts of organizational development, such as organizational change models, organizational design, and organizational culture development. Able to work independently and in a team. Have good communication skills, both verbally and in writing. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Have good data analysis skills. Ready to join immediately
