DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Conduct good HR Planning to optimize business performance through HR practices. Cooperate with HR Director and GM to manage HR team. Monitor, conduct, and execute recruitment process based on the company needs. Develop a Performance Management Program. Manage and execute Human Capital Services, specializing in Employee Contracts and Regulations, Industrial Relations, Payroll, and HRIS. Responsible for all Human Capital Services Policies, Procedures, and Systems.
REQUIREMENT

10 years above Human Resources experience within palm oil plantation industry Good command in Mandarin (oral and written) will be an advantage Fluent in English Have good communication skill, good personality, and strong leadership skill
