DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Engage with clients to gather and document detailed system requirements. Ensure all requirements are clear, concise, and aligned with business objectives. Analyze system requirements with the project team. Create flowcharts and diagrams to represent system processes. Present system design to clients and provide feedback to Tier 3 support. Prepare system documentation, including system requirement specifications and system design. Prepare test scenarios and test scripts for UAT. Conduct beta testing and UAT with clients. Conduct system training for end users.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, IT, or Computer Science are welcome to apply. Experience with Microsoft SQL Server. Proven experience in system consulting, system design, and requirements analysis. Good command of English, both verbal and written. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to apply analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in creating detailed documentation and system flows. Must possess with own transportation. Willing to travel outstation if required. Driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
