DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Support Senior Payroll Specialist to manage full spectrum of payroll activities for Indonesia, month end close for compensation and benefit accounting, BPJS Health/Manpower contribution, defined pension benefit plan, monthly and annual employment taxes. This role involves liaison with payroll vendors, processing and reviewing payroll reports and performing reconciliations, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures. Manage monthly, annual, and periodic filings of statutory payment submissions. Manage Statutory Financial Statement and Tax Authorities audits relating to payroll and employment tax processes. Support business process streamlining and re-engineering of work efficiency, improve governance and controls. Position requires strong collaboration and communication, working with cross functional teams to provide expertise on payroll matters.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree holder or higher degree holder preferably in Business Studies (Finance/Accounting). 4 years of payroll, employment tax, pension, and accounting experience . Strong working knowledge of Indonesia statutory regulations, employment ordinance and policies related to payroll. Experience in HRIS, payroll software solutions and Microsoft applications. Experience with implementation of payroll processes on an industry recognized payroll solution is an added advantage. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
