REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s Degree in law or related background. Having min 3 years of experience in Industrial Relation/Employee relation & Training Development Having experience in negotiating agreements, collective bargaining and other employment relations activities. Having excellent knowledge of Employment Law that follows government regulations. Having strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders and work collaboratively to achieve common goals. Has good interpersonal skills that enable you to work with people at all levels, motivate others. Effective in both spoken and written English.
