DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of employees - Provide the information to employees on HR policies and procedures as well as ensuring understanding and compliance - Assist in performance management processes including goal setting, performance reviews and feedback mechanisms - Manage BPJS processes - Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems. - Works effectively as a team member with other members of management and the HR staff. - Pay attention to building maintenance
REQUIREMENT

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management and Psychology or equivalent. - Having 2 years experiences in related - Strong understanding of training and employee management practices. - Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations in Indonesia. - Excellent communication and presentation skill - Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement. - Able to work under pressure and deadlines - Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. - Placement : Sedayu City, Kelapa Gading
