DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Identify and resolve system issues while collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement. Provide user guidance on system usage, collecting feedback to enhance user experience, and communicating insights to the headquarters team. Oversee user account management with a focus on information security to prevent data leakage. Maintain and upgrade company computer systems and IT-related devices. Troubleshoot and maintain office and telecommunications equipment, such as PCs, printers, fax machines, and modems. Implement IT hardware/software, including CCTV, server, and network configurations. Conduct data backup and disaster recovery procedures, and perform basic network troubleshooting. Monitor and manage network utilization to ensure optimal and reliable performance. Carry out equipment repairs and maintenance as needed. Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a relevant field, or IT Professional Certification. At least 1-2 years of experience in a related role. Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems Basic understanding or experience with system logic and functionality. Strong interpersonal communication skills to interact professionally at all levels. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Must have own transport and be willing to travel if required.
