Supervise and manage a team of operators/leaders to ensure smooth operation Fulfill daily production schedule with minimum yield loss Initiate manpower deployment if there is need to reshuffle Prioritization of models base on the urgent needs basis Impose discipline and safety on the shop floor Promote Safety awareness
REQUIREMENT

Diploma/ITE in Engineering Possess good interpersonal, team-building and supervisory skill Good communication and report-writing skill Proactive and process good problem solving skill 2 Years renewable Contract
