DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
To provide administrative support to Material & Services (M&S) department.
To provide proper documentation controls and audit support.
To provide up-to-date filing , maintenance of records , vendor pre-qualifications, SOPs.
To email orders to vendors and upload in document library share portal.
To maintain M&S documents in the intranet.
To monitor security bonds maturity and release.
To monitor and track all orders, orders acknowledgement, tenders and contracts.
To handle company vehicles road tax and insurance renewal.
To arrange for documents despatch and collection, visitor pass applications.
To track stationery, beverage/ refreshment usage for replenishment.
To ensure department facilities are in working order.
REQUIREMENT
GCE ‘A’ level or equivalent
Must be careful, orderly and meticulous.
Good knowledge of MS Office. Knowledge of SAP.
Possess integrity, good communication and interpersonal skills
