DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Is responsible for the budget of the F&B and optimizes the service through the management and the organization
Shares responsibility in guarantying the hygiene, the safety, and the service quality
Assures the development of the services in application of the concept of the events
Defines service standards for restaurant and Bar
Participates to suppliers selection with ESAP Purchasing team
Shares Best practices at the BU level, but also when visiting professional shows
Promotes product evolution through feedback analysis and benchmarks
Coordinates the implementation of worldwide F&B practices
Looks for new products among suppliers
Supervises the organization of the teams, the production, the distribution, the storage and the transport according to infrastructures, available equipment and resources
Responsible for the restaurant and bar organization changes suggesting new operating modes to improve service and productivity through the implementation of a new restaurant and bar organizations
Participates to training programs implementation to reinforce team professionalization in restaurants and bars
Represents Resorts to Hospitality training centers and culinary schools and universities
REQUIREMENT
Willing to be relocate to Phuket Thailand and ability to travel within ESAP
Ability to train the F&B Managers and come out with training manuals
Candidates who are able to speak French is an added advantage as you will be meeting suppliers and clients that speak French only
