Responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for organization business and branding initiatives. Ensure marketing operational matters to achieve business growth and profitability.
Responsible to develop and execute the effectiveness of marketing strategy to achieve business growth
Create E-commerce business plan, set up social media strategy, lead social media content creation and align with brand and acquire brand followers.
Understand market segments through market research.
Conduct market survey, competitors’ analysis to assist in the formulating of market strategy.
Keep up-to-date with market trends and new developments utilizing information for business growth.
Provide strategies advisory and training to customers.
Responsible for overall advertisement, promotions, events, press conference etc.
In charge of event planning and which include budgeting, scheduling, site selection, acquiring necessary permits, coordinating transportation and parking, arranging for speakers or entertainers, arranging decor, event security, catering, coordinating with third party vendors, emergency plans and etc.
Effectively measure brand campaign investment and formulate plans to adjust or improve when necessary.
Lead, inspire, with designers to generate creative ideas for projects from concept to completion.
Able to conceptualize, develop, and execute creativeness, strategic plan for advertising and promotional materials to attract attention of customers.
Collaborates closely with Operations Team to ensure projects/ task assigned is carried out smoothly.
Leading by an example, maintain an organizational culture that inspires, provide guidance to staff.
To undertake and execute adhoc assignments or any other duties assigned by the superior from time to time.
REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications or equivalent.
Required language(s): Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia
Required Skill(s): Leadership, Planning, Marketing Strategy
Preferably Manager specialized in E-commerce, Developing marketing strategy or equivalent.
