DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification; Generate, edit, publish and share content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action; Closely monitor and analyze Social Media performance and generate suggestions Write, edit and proofread web contents; Maximize media exposure through preparation, press releases write-up and distribution of press releases, handling media enquirers Maintain company’s wechat to drive internet traffic and increase brand awareness Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information;
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor Degree / Higher Diploma in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills Adequate knowledge of Online Marketing, Google Analytics and good understanding of major marketing channels Experience with Instagram, Weibo and WeChat Marketing will be a plus Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability Ability to work under pressure by handling multiple assignments and meeting tight deadlines Fresh graduates and less working experience will also be considered for junior position
