DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Coordinate with team related installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting process in each region Ensure that computers and other IT devices can be used properly Conduct general check and stock of IT goods in each region Solve point of operation issues with high priority to minimize their unavailability to provide service to clients/customers Ensure the compliance with license and other agreements, respect safety standards.
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in IT Operation. Have good knowledge about hardware, software and internet network Ability to listen, negotiate, mitigate conflict, build alliances and achieve desired outcomes using good interpersonal skills. Have strong problem solving and communication skill Can work under pressure and independent Willing able to be placed in Jabodetabek, Semarang & Bandung.
