Serve as the primary point of contact for channel partners, offering expertise and guidance to ensure the successful implementation and utilization of our products. Conduct on-site visits, remote consultations, and training sessions to support channel partners Project Proposal Solutions: Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to review project proposals and provide technical input to develop customized solutions that meet customer requirements and project objectives. Analyze project specifications, technical drawings, and customer needs to propose innovative printing solutions, including equipment configurations, software integrations, and workflow optimizations. Prepare technical documentation, including project plans, specifications, and feasibility studies, to support the sales process and facilitate project implementation. Product and Industry Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the industrial printing products, capabilities, and applications, staying abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive offerings. Conduct market research and customer analysis to identify emerging trends, evolving customer needs, and new business opportunities. Leverage your product and industry expertise to provide strategic insights, technical recommendations, and competitive positioning to drive product development initiatives and enhance customer satisfaction. Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and technical seminars to educate channel partners on our products, technologies, and best practices. Create training materials, manuals, and technical documentation to support ongoing learning and development initiatives for channel partners and internal stakeholders. Evaluate training effectiveness, gather feedback, and continuously improve training programs to ensure they align with the evolving needs of our channel partners and customers.
