    Your key responsibilities Execute the entire selling process of identifying customers, creating demand and capturing orders by building relationships and formulating product solutions and specifications based on customers' needs. Prepare quotations and tenders, negotiate terms and check all commercial terms of offer and order of acceptance so as to ensure compliance with Levels of Authority and other relevant MIS policies. Respond and follow up with customers in solving their product and technical issues so as to maintain relationship. Conduct periodic monitoring of accounts receivables and coordinate with Finance Department to ensure timely invoicing and prompt collection of overdue debts. Comply and ensure the procedures for pre-sales to post-sales activities are implemented and recorded in accordance as mentioned in our QMS. Complete any other duties as directed by the superior.
