    Bertanggung jawab atas servis dan reparasi barang aset drone internal dan juga customer untuk DJI Enterprise, DJI DOCK dan DJI Agriculture. Membuat laporan kerusakan, inspeksi kerusakan, perbaikan drone dan juga permintaan spare parts. Melakukan sertifikasi dan pelatihan untuk reseller Perusahaan, serta menghadiri pelatihan dan sertifikasi dari principal. Melakukan inspeksi dan perbaikan kepada drone klien/milik perusahaan selesai dikerjakan baik secara prosedur mulai dari analisa, penawaran harga, Customer Approval, Repair/penggantian sesuai dengan tenggat waktunya. Membuat permintaan credit approval dalam sistem After-Sales milik DJI untuk mendapatkan approval persetujuan credit memo. Berkomunikasi dengan principal via media email dan WeChat ketika dibutuhkan. Bekerja sesuai dengan SOP dan deadline Perusahaan. Memastikan drone yang dikirim ke luar negeri telah selesai dikerjakan baik secara prosedur, mulai dari analisa/penggantian dari Principal, sampai pemberitahuan ke Customer apabila barang siap di ambil atau kirim. Komunikasi aktif dengan pihak pabrikan untuk menentukan solusi terbaik untuk reparasi barang. Organisasi dan perawatan aset-aset perusahaan yang termasuk diantaranya teknologi drone dan sensor milik Perusahaan sesuai dengan Buku Petunjuk Pedoman Pemeliharaan milik Perusahaan. Siap melakukan perjalanan dinas untuk melakukan reparasi on-site. Membuat data stok dan pemesanan spare parts (PRQ). Menjaga data dan rahasia perusahaan secara penuh. Menjaga mempertahankan dan mengamalkan Nilai-nilai Perusahaan, baik di lingkungan Perusahaan maupun di tempat yang ditugaskan Perusahaan.
