Merespon panggilan dalam batas waktu yan telah disepakati Memprioritaskan dan mengelola masalah yang belum selesai dalam waktu yang ersamaan. Melakukan dan evaluasi teknologi terbaru. Melakukan pemeriksaan keamanan listrik pada peralatan computer Secara berkala membuat laporan tentang perawatan program IT (hardware, software dan jaringan internet).
