    You'll develop new how-to documentation in step by step formats, along with screenshots, or develop how-to videos, to help our customers learn how to use our software. You'll examine help desk tickets and look for common questions that documentation could help answer, and then develop that documentation. You'll monitor our in-platform support solution for new tickets and respond to them in a timely fashion. You'll analyze customer data to try to identify whether an issue was caused by the customer, by our software or by the systems we connect to. When bugs are identified, you'll package together customer data and analysis to escalate them to our product and development teams.
